Paper Ice CreamToday started out the same as yesterday - sleep in, mooch around the house and do nothing in particular.
Then Dad decided we should all come to work with him, so I could print off something for Mum's Chrissy present (oh dear, hand made...).
Before we went into his office, as bribery, he took us to Boucla for something to drink and Jean Claude for something to eat. I have started taking my camera everywhere with me, and Boucla has pretty interesting decor, so there were a few snaps, but I chose this one instead.
We were all content to go into Dad's office now, and when we arrived we just sat and read. I tried to print off my thing, but after much swearing, Dad decided that it just wasn't going to work on my laptop. So I continued to read.
We had been reading peacefully for a couple of hours, when we left. We called into the shopping bit of Subi so Dad could catch up with some friends for a quick lunch, so he gave the three of us some money to go buy ice creams. After I had had my massively large single scoop of Choc Mint, and the boys had finished theirs, we started to muck around. Will decided it would be fun to stuff napkins into that piece of paper that they put around the cone. And that was when the photo was taken. I did want to get one with Will, but Gus put his hand in front of the camera just as I took it, so that one didn't work so well.
We are now home, and Will is going off soon to burn his school books. Me, Mum, Dad and Gus are stuck here for the rest of the evening trying to entertain ourselves though...
All in all, a good day.
Nothing exciting, but still good.
